Impliments for bleaching:-
Bleaching brush
Glass or plastic bowl
Liquid ammonia ; Hydrogen peroxide, bleaching powder or Instant bleach
Hair bands.
Ingredients:-
Bleaching powder or Kaolin powder - 2 tspn
Hydrogen peroxide - 2 tspn
Ammonia cosmetic or liquid ammonia - 2 to 4 drops.
Method:-
Mix ingredients in a plastic or china bowl with brush and make into paste. Apply on hair or face and leave approximately for 20 minutes. Wash off with water. Always avoid eyes and lips.
Area for bleach:-Hair, face, hands, legs, stomach, hips
Area to avoid:-Eyes, lips, acne, under arms.
Contra Indication:-
Do patch test.No metal should come in contact.
If client is allergic wash off immediately
Apply Hide -n-Heal (shabase or lacto cala mine)
Rub ice cubes on the area of become red or burning
Take evil tablet(25mg)
Disadvantages:-
Ammonia is bad for the skin. It leads to pigmentation
It causes cancer. It increase the reaction of H2O2
It makes the skin yellow. It makes skin dry and rough
It distrubs the PH factor or acid mantle of the skin
It dries up the skin. It causes hair falling
It causes sores on the scals.
Advantages:-
It bleaches superficial hair
Bleach tan skin
