I use it over my t-zone/blemish prone areas every night and morning after the BHA solution. And, I follow it with a good sunscreen during the day. I have not experienced any dryness associated with the use of the product, nor any other adverse reaction. At times, if my skin is really moist (i.e. just out of the shower) and I apply this, I will get a little redness on the skin that disappears after a few minutes. Plus, the product lasts and lasts, just as her other products do. You just need a small amount, less than a pea-seized amount for your whole face!!! After three months of consistent AM and PM use, I still have over half of my 2 oz. bottle left! The price, ounce for ouce, is competitive with drugstore brands, and I find this product more effective and gentler for my combination/blemish prone skin.
